I started Curtis Lang Custom Homes in 1987, my goal from the very start was, and continues to be, to build quality homes that are distinct, and would stand apart from other new homes. Growing up as the son of a local builder, I was able to learn quality construction from the ground up. I also realized that I had passion and the design eye to give my homes that extra detail that sets them apart. Over the years my reputation for quality and that “distinct” difference has proven successful. I have developed a team of employees, sub-contractors and sales staff that has the knowledge and insight to give you a home that will make you proud. Regardless of the size or price range I know that if you take the time to look you will agree my homes have that distinct quality that makes the difference. Through both strong and weak housing markets my company remains strong as I continue to give people that quality and distinction that is synonymous with Curtis Lang Custom Homes. Founded with over 60 years of family history in residential building and development. Curtis Lang Custom Homes has been building quality homes in Western Washington for more than a quarter century. In 1956, Fred B. Lang founded the family owned and operated Fred B. Lang Building Company. Growing up as the son of a builder, Curtis soon realized His passion and eye for design and was able to learn quality construction from the ground up. In 1987, Curtis and his wife, Michelle, founded Curtis Lang Custom Homes. Built on a solid foundation of core values and guiding principles, their goal was to build homes that would be distinct and stand apart from other new homes.
Over 30 years later, our company remains family-owned and operated, dedicated to providing the best possible homebuilding and home buying experience.
